2. Service Description
IPTVCANADA HD provides an Internet television service allowing access to live TV channels and on-demand content. The service is provided 'as is' and may be modified at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province, to subscribe to a plan in your own name. By subscribing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
4. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your credentials with third parties. A subscription is valid for one simultaneous connection, unless you've subscribed to a multi-screen plan.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for personal and non-commercial use. Redistribution, recording, or sharing of content is strictly prohibited.
6. Payment and Billing
All payments are non-refundable except under our 7-day refund policy. Prices may be changed with notice for future renewals.
7. Limitation of Liability
IPTVCANADA HD is not responsible for service interruptions, content quality, or any damages resulting from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account for violation of these terms of service, without refund.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms of service at any time. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
