3. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, you must have used the service in good faith and not violated our terms of service. Refund requests after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
4. Processing Time
Refund requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not granted in the following cases: violation of terms of service, account sharing, misuse of service, or request made after the guarantee period.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
